It might manifest as a sensation of floating, as if you're not inside your body. Alternatively, trauma can result in intense physical tension or emotional hypervigilance, causing you to lose the fundamental trust in your body as a safe place to be.

José will guide you through the practice, helping you regain trust in your body, reconnect with your feelings, and gently release tension and stuck emotions.
