We’ll begin with the invigorating Breath of Joy, a playful breathwork technique to awaken your energy and set a positive tone for your practice. Then, using variations of Happy Baby pose and Eye of the Needle pose, we’ll explore and gently stretch the hamstrings and hips. José concludes the class with a guided Shavasana, or if you prefer, a seated meditation.
