Relax and unwind your system with a gentle flow of poses. This class begins with waving and undulating the spine, mobilising the back, chest and side body. Next, we move into Monkey pose to free the front of the legs and hips. We finish the practice with a standing, wide-legged twist to wake up the inside of the legs and gently unwind the spine. Keep a couple of blocks handy for this class.
