You know you'll feel better afterward but those moments before your practice can be hard - especially when you reeeeally don't feel like unrolling your mat! Well done for doing it anyway! This practice is designed to inspire you to keep going. We begin in Hero's pose with a few scrumptious breaths to land. Then we start flowing through a delicious combination of stretches that reach all parts of your body, moving through energising Warriors, Skaters' poses and backbends. We relax with some hip opening twists and finish up in child's pose. Well done for showing up, Hero!
