In this strengthening practice – where you might like to use some added weights but it's optional – you will strengthen your legs, core and arms, which is essential for your yoga practice and also for your overall health. Please note that you can do most of these exercises without weights if you don't have any. The class consists of simple yoga poses that we repeat with the option of using weights. Expect to work hard and sweat!
Props: a pair - or a few pairs, if you have different sizes - of weights and 2 blocks.
