Looking to release tension and create space in your upper body? Join me for a 45-minute Yin yoga class focused on the neck, shoulders and upper back. With long-held, passive stretches like Melting Heart, Supported Fish and gentle neck releases, we will target the deep connective tissues and fascia that often hold stress and tightness. 
This class is also designed to calm your nervous system, improve your upper body mobility and invite a sense of spaciousness through mindful and slow movements. 
This is perfect for anyone experiencing neck tension from prolonged sitting, shoulder stiffness or upper back fatigue. Suggested props: a bolster or cushion, bricks and a long strap or belt.
