Strength and flexibility play an important part in the health and mobility of our hips. In this practice we explore both aspects. Beginning with a delicious easy to follow slow flow, moving into a Twisted Triangle, and finishing with some long-held postures. You may need a block for the twist and a blanket block to sit comfortably on and support your legs in the seated postures.
