Inspired by the language of ballet, specifically Rond de Jambe which translates to 'round of the leg', let's explore circular pathways using the leg to encourage expressions of release experienced in the hips. We'll play with the idea of yawning with the leg to develop a greater range of motion in the lower body and improve overall bodily coordination and balance on one leg.
