A morning movement practice focusing on hip and shoulder mobility, with lunges and arm movements that aim to create a greater range of motion in those joints. There’ll be some seated and standing poses to play with angles and weight distribution and add variety to the movements... While all the time, looking inwards and outwards (literally and metaphorically) to create a vision of peace for our personal and global lives.
You'll need two blocks for this practice. If you don't have those, two similar things if equal size/weight will be fine.
