Strengthen and lengthen your upper body using a resistance band in this highly technical class. We will focus on shoulders, arms and upper back, to help improve posture, prevent strain in the neck and build functional strength for any other physical activity you practice. We'll start standing and target the biceps, triceps and upper back, then we will hit the mat to incorporate slow abdominal exercises and planks, which will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and fully integrated from head to toe.
