Wear something warm and cosy, grab all your props and get ready for a restorative / Yin-style practice. Four poses to help you turn off the outer world of distractions and others needing things and invite you into tune into yourself. With Wide Leg Forward Fold, Half Dragonfly to the left, Half Dragonfly to the right and a variation of a supported bridge. While you melt into the poses, David plays guitar and sings to you.
