Take the weight off your feet and try this soothing restorative practice to help ease stress. Grab all the props you have and make yourself nice, warm and comfy - you'll need a chair (with steady legs, not wheels), a bolster, a belt, 2 bricks, and 1-2 blankets. A flat block and eye pillow are optional.
