Join me for this short but soothing practice to take a deeply restorative pause. We'll practice a few calming and opening restorative poses, including a supported heart opener, child's pose and butterfly, and combine them with slow deep breathing and an invitation to fully drop in and relax. 
You'll need a bolster or some blankets to support yourself with.
