This is a short but sweet practice to add a moment of relief and decompression to your day. After some gentle breathing (including the physiological sigh - the breath to most quickly calm the nervous system), we take a twist, move through a few cat /cows, and take my personal favourite side bend variation (belly banana!). Then a squat or child’s pose for some space in the hips and lower back, and we end with a deep relaxation. Hopefully, you'll find some some rest and relief after this practice.
Please have a couple of blocks, a blanket and a bolster to hand.
