This class is great for those who've had a regular, pre-pregnancy yoga practice and miss the physical aspects of yoga. You can practice it at any stage of your pregnancy, but particularly after the first trimester when your energy levels are starting to come back to 'normal'. It invites you to move from a place of power - you are experiencing a special time in your life, where the power of creation is at its peak! We complete the class with a lovely womb-to-heart meditation where we bring the focus back to the breath, building up confidence to support you as you transition into motherhood.

Props: blanket and 2 blocks, or 2 blankets and an extra one to sit on.

If you’re pregnant and you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
