Let's start the day strong, energised and confident! This Power Yoga practice is a great way to awaken and empower you. Using the breath maintain focus we will start with some  mobility routines in order to build up a safe base for the strengthening part of the sequence. Repetitive movements and flows will support your muscle coordination and improve your strength and it’s worth repeating the class a few times to notice the improvements you make. The sequence requires some strength and stability in the wrists and joints but is  suitable for those with a basic level of fitness.
