Combining strengthening exercises of Pilates with the deep fascial stretches of Yin yoga, this 60-minute practice is a wonderful way to either start or finish the day. During the first 30 minutes we will build up strength in our core and fire up the hips and glutes, and in the second 30 minutes we'll slow it down with some relaxing shoulder stretches, hip openers and delicious twists.
