This 20 minute practice is a perfect way to offer your hormones a little extra TLC. It's wonderful to reduce stress and help calm your system, whether you're experiencing PMS, your period, menopausal symptoms or are currently pregnant. We'll combine a centering with slow deep breaths, with lots of rolling and rocking movements, hip openers and lower back release in a gentle, slow flow. We'll wrap it up with a soothing savasana, and hopefully you'll be able to leave the mat feeling a touch more spacious.
You'll need a bolster and a couple of blocks.
