This 30 minute, fairly gentle yoga flow focusess on releasing tension and creating space in the lower back and hips - an area where we are prone to holding onto tension. Whether it be through stress, posture, a seated lifestyle or whatever other reason, it's a rare person who never feels tightness in this area. Through lots of dangling, squats, lunges and hip openers, we will attempt to create a little more space and freedom in the lower body.
