A floor-based practice focusing on mobilising the hips, using a relaxed, fluid approach.  If the stretches start to feel too much, simply return to an easier version or a resting position, listening to what your body needs. Draw upon your inner, feminine energy to create fluidity and freedom in the pelvis and hips. Please have a folded blanket to hand for support. Sorry there's a brief pause in the sound at 34 mins during the relaxation - it comes back for the end of the class.
