This is a straightforward yoga flow that moves quite quickly through the poses. We'll work on different feel - good groups of poses. Sun Salutations, hip openers, Warrior poses and other standing poses, gentle backbends with an option of Urdhva Dhanurasana (full Wheel Pose) if you are in the mood.. 30 minutes, a good workout and a great feeling after!
