This slow flow movement experience will invite you to consistently scan your body during gentle movements and stillness to discover messages it has for you. Rather than resisting, the invitation is to let go, surrender and let life flow through you as you flow through life. This practice will be mainly floor-based using body shapes and body weight to discover tension or resistance and communicate with them using your breath.
