This practice is excellent for helping you de-stress, feel centred and grounded. It does not include any arm balances, Chaturangas, or fancy sequencing, but it does contain a lot of poses on the knees such as sitting on heels, child's pose, all fours etc. Therefore, it's best suited to those who are okay with having some pressure/ weight placed on the knees. You might also like to have some padding under them too!
