The muscles on the inside of the legs are responsible for keeping the bones in towards the midline. This class strengthens and stretches this set of muscles to bring new awareness to the inner thighs. We’ll practice some butterfly variations, wide legged forward fold variations, different kinds of lunges and frog pose. We finish with a passive stretch of the inner legs and a little mantra serenade. 

Props: block and a belt.
