Including Garudasana (Eagle pose), Anahatasana (Extended puppy dog pose), Salabhasana (Locust pose) and beginning and ending with some lovely wrist-stretching and neck rolling exercises which will feel wonderful after all the space you’ve created in the upper back, chest and shoulders. You will need a belt or scarf for this class.
